And the search for the perfect summer apartment continues…

I will not settle for anything less than awesome.

I Want!

sometimes I just want an invisible cloak - too bad they are super rare.

*sigh

Maria’s birthday was an awesome success. It was great to see my life-long friend!

So much to do :O

I have been super busy with so many things. I can’t wait until the semester is finally over and I am settled in D.C. Today during my lunch break I had an interview with a litigation firm in D.C. for a paralegal position. I am hoping that they give me the job. Later on tonight I am looking at an apartment in the city. It’s a three bedroom apartment and I am going to be looking at the room in the attic. I liked the area and the room, according to the picture, looks spacious and it comes completely furnished.

Graduation is approaching and I need to start making plans to head back to Monmouth for graduation and senior week. It’s hard to be excited when I still have so much more work to accomplish before I walk that stage.

I need to go see my doctor, too. I need medical clearance for China and my doctor’s office is being difficult.

All of this can be stressful but I know it’s all temporary. Trying to stay optimistic! Home stretch :)!

Passport D.C. is next weekend.

Cultural Tourism DC presents the sixth annual Passport DC—a monthlong celebration in May comprising international programs and events around the city. Visitors and residents have the opportunity to travel around the world without ever leaving the city with tours of more than 70 embassies and hundreds of other international cultural activities that include street festivals, performances and exhibitions.

Download the 2013 Passport DC Program Guide.

You can journey across the globe without ever leaving the city.
